Control panel doesn\’t exist as an option of the right click start menu menu, it has been replaced by settings – many of the functions in Control panel have been merged into Settings now, including add/remove programs, its now the Settings/Apps menusearch for powershellright click on the application result and choose run as admintype SFC /scannow and press enteronce its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enterboth commands fix windows. Might fix the missing menus as well as win r & win x
